dc.description.abstract A mini motorized Hydraulic Jack was fabricated, which combines the principles of hydraulics and motor-driven mechanisms to lift automobiles with a maximum weight of 1.54 tons with minimal manual effort. The motorized hydraulic jack is intended for use in vehicle maintenance these include tire servicing, brake servicing, and among other activities that require vehicle lifting. With this project physically challenged persons, women, and even older people do not have to use their effort to operate the mini motorized hydraulic jack. The fabricated prototype requires less time and effort to lift a vehicle of the required weight as compared to the traditional jack. The proposed prototype of a mini motorized hydraulic jack was able to raise an automobile of 1.54 tons to a height of 345 mm in 130s which performed better than the usual manual jack en_US
