dc.description.abstract The main objective of the study was to examine the factors that influence supply chain integration. Specifically the study was aimed to investigate the factors influencing supply chain integration, analyze the impact of regulatory compliance, and evaluate the role of supplier relationships in enhancing supply chain integration in selected pharmacies in Koforidua. Questionnaire was used to analyze the data from the respondents, with statistical packages for social sciences (SPSSv20.0) as the data analysis tool. The result of the study shows that, most of the pharmaceutical companies used supply chain integration methods which benefits them. The conclusion reached was that the selected pharmacies should be considering supply chain integration as it lowest costs and improves efficiency. Given the benefits of supply chain integration, it was suggested that selected pharmacies should keep using these methods for growth and profitability en_US
