dc.description.abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the level of adoption of green supply chain practices at Ghana Rubber Products, the drivers influencing green practices and the effects of green supply chain practices on operational performance. The study obtains information from fifty-five (55) respondents from the staff and management of Ghana Rubber Products through the use of questionnaires. The result indicates that, majority of the employees of the company are aware of the existence of green supply chain practices through public education on radio,internet as well as environmental policies of the organization, It was also realized that, the company solely deal with suppliers who are committed to environmental issues. The study recommend that, management should uphold to the laid down environmental policies to enable them meets their expectations and management collaborate in with employees to educate their customers and suppliers on the importance of protecting the environment by organizing a campaign program once or twice a year en_US
