Abstract

A ONLINE CAR RENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM is to make tour planning, organization and execution as seamless and excellent experience as possible for both tour operators and tourists to improve customer happiness given the rising demand for travel and tourism. It was designed specifically for Aburi community to handle tourist and various destinations within those places. To solve this problem, a system is needed to address this situation by providing these individuals with valid information about these tourist sites and companies. The web application will provide tour sites information such as prices, directions to the tourists. Also, it provides periodic reports about tourism activities in the Aburi municipality to the Ghana Tourism Authority.
